Did UT Receive Special Instructions from State on Defunding Diversity Office?

About a month ago I filed an open records requesting with the University of Tennessee to see if any school administrators had received special instructions about how to implement a new state law defunding the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Today, I received this response:
