Folks in the community have come together to offer an award of at least $10,000 to anyone with information leading to an arrest in the shooting death of 12-year-old Jajuan Latham.

Community and religious leaders on Wednesday announced the creation of the Change Center, a 20,000-square-foot facility in East Knoxville that will offer teens a safe place to hang out, things to do, and some job training type programs when it opens in 2017.
