Open Streets Shuts Down Central

Knoxville’s first Open Streets event shut down Central Street from Old City through Happy Holler on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015, as thousands of folks biked, walked, scootered, danced, and strolled along the often busy city thoroughfare.
